I have over 30 years of experience, creating, expanding and growing businesses. It is through this experience, knowledge and contacts that I create opportunity for my clients to list, lease, purchase, or rent commercial property.

My Business Experience:
Most recently; purchased Signarama of Hauppauge: a struggling Sign design, creation and manufacturing franchise. I turned Signarama of Hauppauge into the premier sign company in the Hauppauge Industrial park. After growing the business, I sold Signarama in November of 2016 at a profit.
Prior to Signarama I worked for Ideal Mortgage Bankers as a licensed Loan Officer and Team leader, I also helped create the company’s business development division, to expand our B2B business. We successfully created B2B relationships with private businesses as well as professional sport teams (NY Islanders and Nets) and high performance racing teams (NHRA).
From 1979 to 2000, I held many positions within WorkSafe Industries eventually rising to the position of Chief Executive Officer. WorkSafe Industries was a publicly traded NASDAQ company for over 30 years. It was at WorkSafe that I purchased, sold buildings and factories, as well as negotiated leases from the both sides of the table.
I am also on the advisory board of Friends of Karen; a not for profit agency the supports critically ill children and their families, and a Member of the Pink Tie Organization and a Pink Tie 1000 supporter
