Lars began his hospitality career at a small boutique hotel on the outskirts of Frankfurt, Germany, where he gained a true passion for the hospitality industry. It was always Lars' dream to one day work in the United States. After graduating from the School of Hospitality Obertshausen with a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Lars made that dream come true by completing a Marriott Management trainee program in Augusta, GA. During his nearly 20 years of hotel operations experience, Lars has worked with brands such as Marriott, IHG and Hilton. Lars is a firm believer that a positive work culture is the key to success. This mentality has proven to be successful, earning Lars several accolades with our company to include 2020 Operator of the Year.
