With over 25 years of experience in real estate across Mexico and the U.S.—and 19+ years in the Texas market—I specialize in structuring high-value transactions, raising capital, and advising investors and developers. My work bridges residential, luxury, commercial, and development real estate with a strategic, cross-border approach.
I founded Aitana Properties Group in 2014 and Via International Realty in 2020 to serve both local and international clients. As a managing partner, I’ve led commercial and industrial developments from land acquisition through execution, integrating investment strategy into every phase of the real estate process.
