We hold multiple government and corporate contracts for listings as well as our standard services we provide to the public. Since 2001, we have been providing Property Management, Listing and Valuation services to its corporate clients. These clients represent properties for Federal Agencies such as the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, USDA, and HUD. We also provide services for large corporate entities such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. For Fannie Mae alone, we are their exclusive listing agency for a 70 county area in MN, SD and IA.
