?Leigh Stephens, a native of Huntsville, graduated from Auburn University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting. After working in Rome, Georgia and the Cayman Islands, Leigh moved back to Huntsville in 2001 and trained to be a commercial real estate appraiser with Garrett & Associates. During this time Leigh was a licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, achieved her MAI Designation, and obtained her real estate Broker’s license.
In 2014, Leigh’s interest in the fields of commercial appraisal and brokerage led her to form Stephens Appraisal and Stephens Real Estate Services, located on the downtown square of Huntsville, Alabama. In 2023, after 22 years of appraisal services, Leigh retired from appraisal to focus solely on real estate brokerage of sales and leasing.
Leigh represents local and national clients in brokerage services including acquisitions, sales and leasing. Leigh’s knowledge of the market, combined with over 22 years of appraisal experience, provides a solid foundation for meaningful and sound judgment to assist clients in their business decisions.
