Bio
Liam Timmis specializes in investment sale transactions, with a primary focus on multi-family properties. Liam joined the Signature Multi-Family Division in 2025 after working on the principal side for 9 years.
Before Signature, Liam served as a Senior Asset Manager at Greatwater Opportunity Capital, specializing in multi-family assets. Prior to Greatwater, Liam began his career on the Asset Management team at Bedrock where he managed over $230MM of real estate across all asset classes for 7 years.
Liam graduated from Marquette University in 2016, where he dual majored in Finance and Real Estate. For the past two years he has been coaching lacrosse with his brother at their alma mater, Brother Rice.
