Waters brings experience in financial analysis, underwriting, and market research to his role at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, as an Associate Director at Berkadia, he partnered with DePasquale on multifamily investment sales and advisory assignments across the Midwest, advising owners on capital strategy, including debt and equity restructuring. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University and is a licensed broker in Illinois and Wisconsin.
