Co-founder and Senior Broker Linda Kost brings over 40 years of commercial real estate expertise, with deep specialization in leasing, tenant and landlord representation, retail development, investment sales, and property management.
Throughout her career, Linda has completed thousands of leases and has been instrumental in the development or sale of more than $600 million in commercial real estate assets.
Today, her focus remains on landlord and tenant representation as well as investment sales. Recent standout transactions include:
- Entitlement and adaptive reuse of a vacant 127,000-square-foot Sam’s Club into a self-storage facility and Tesla dealership
- Redevelopment of a 17,500-square-foot medical office building into an Illinois Bone & Joint Institute physical therapy clinic and a CrossKicks Fitness and HYROX Performance Center
