My name is Linda Laitinen-Ulmer and I am the team leader. I just celebrated my 20th anniversary in the business. I enjoy working on a team with my daughter, Ember Schultz, and my son, Eric Schultz. We love to make our client's real estate dreams come true and that is how we came up with the name of our team "Dare to Dream Team". We base our business model on the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have done unto you". We always put our customers' best interests first and take great pride in being real estate consultants, not high-pressure salespeople. We aim to be our clients' Real Estate Consultants for life and the greatest compliment we receive is when past clients, friends, and family members refer their family and friends to work with us.
