Lisa Graduated with a Masters in Real Estate from New York University in 2006. She began her career at Ashley Development leading the finance team. From there, she created the PennCap Properties Portfolio in 2011 by acquiring 32 properties from Liberty Property Trust earning her the title of President of PennCap Properties. With her futuristic vision, she launched ALT Realty, LLC with her father, Lou. She currently oversees management and performance metrics of the company.
