Logan Stycos has been with Divaris Property Management Corp in its Richmond office since July 2015. As Associate Director, Logan is responsible for all levels of property management performance for the Richmond and Hampton Roads Peninsula markets, overseeing a mixed portfolio of retail and office assets alongside her team of building engineers, administrative, and maintenance personnel. Some of her responsibilities include preparation of annual budgets and monthly financials, managing all acquisitions and dispositions within the market, tenant and vendor relations, property and building maintenance, and supervising capital and tenant improvements. Logan’s goal is to provide exceptional property management with integrity and consistency to increase tenant retention and portfolio growth.
