As the Principal and Managing Broker at Divaris Real Estate for over 5 years, she oversees the Richmond office’s operations, including business development, recruitment, and mentoring. Her primary focus is on fostering team collaboration, driving financial growth, and expanding the office.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate across the Mid-Atlantic region, she specializes in sales, leasing, and development for landlords and developers across various property types, with a particular emphasis on retail. Her passion is about helping both national and local tenants formulate strategies to expand and meet their real estate needs.
Loretta is actively engaged with the real estate community by supporting the VCU Kornblau Real Estate Program through mentoring, guest lectures, and hosting site visits, all aimed at empowering future real estate professionals.
