Louis “Lou” M. Jacobs serves as Chief Executive Officer of Delaware North, a role he shares with his brothers, Jerry and Charlie. He also acts as an alternate governor for the Boston Bruins. Delaware North is a family-owned, global leader in hospitality and entertainment, with diversified operations spanning airport and sports venue food and retail, national and state park hospitality services, hotel ownership and management, gaming, fine dining and catering, and sports facility ownership and management.
As CEO, Jacobs oversees the company and its seven operating subsidiaries, focusing on strategic growth, corporate governance, and financial management. Since joining Delaware North in 1986, he has held leadership roles across the enterprise, including leading the company’s operations in Australia, before assuming the role of CEO in 2015.
