Focus is on user and investor building sales, manufacturing and distribution facility leasing, land sales and build-to-suits. He has negotiated more than 600 transactions totaling in excess of $100 million. His extensive experience has earned him strong working relationships with numerous companies and property owners throughout Sacramento.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was a vice president for Grubb & Ellis and Bishop Hawk, where he was a top performer. He was honored as Industrial Broker of the Year in 1995 and is a member of both the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization (SACTO) and the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).
