Bio
CHOICE was originally founded as All Around Real Estate LLC in 2010 by its owner and operator Louis Nijsten. Louis is a Dutch native and came to the Yampa Valley in 2006 to start a career in Real Estate Development & Construction together with brother Stef. Louis graduated from Delft University of Technology with a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management. Using his technological background, eye for detail and a good amount of common sense, Louis has found his way in the Real Estate world. After being involved in developing and building the Creek View Subdivision in Hayden, Louis decided to also get active in the sales part of Real Estate. As a result, Louis has full understanding of real estate, from the initial development phase, through design & construction, all the way to sales and property management. Louis is always looking to learn more about the ever-evolving real estate industry and is not afraid of taking on any challenge!
When not working, Louis loves spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys the beauty of Colorado’s outdoors by mountain biking, skiing, running, and hiking. Louis is an avid tennis player and has coached Steamboat High School tennis for over 5 years. Louis volunteers on the Board of Directors of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors in the capacity of Treasurer. In 2018, Louis was the co-owner and co-developer of the first ‘tiny-homes’ development in Routt County. Louis was awarded the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors’ “2019 Realtor of the Year
