Mr. Mojonnier is an investment sales and leasing broker, assisting a diverse range of clients — from local entrepreneurs to national and international companies — in acquiring, selling, and leasing commercial properties. His approach is grounded in market insight, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of client objectives, ensuring every transaction is efficient, transparent, and value-focused.
He began his career under the mentorship of a seasoned CCIM with over 20 years of real estate development and brokerage experience in the Las Vegas and Henderson markets, gaining hands-on experience across all sectors of commercial real estate. As a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Lee Business School, Mr. Mojonnier holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and Urban Economics. He also holds the prestigious CCIM designation, recognized globally as the gold standard in commercial real estate. This distinction reflects his proven experience in investment analysis, market strategy, and deal structuring.
In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Mojonnier serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Programs Committee for the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter, where he plays an active role in organizing industry events and fostering professional development. He is also an active member of NAIOP Southern Nevada, serving on the Membership Committee.
Originally from Sacramento, California, Lucas has called Southern Nevada home since 2013. His knowledge of the region’s evolving market dynamics, combined with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed, drives his mission to deliver exceptional outcomes and build lasting relationships across every deal.
