Luigi Lessa is a Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, where he advises private and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office properties across Northeastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. His work focuses on valuation, strategic planning, and deal structuring, delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s investment goals.
Luigi joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 with a long-term vision of creating value through hyper-specialization in industrial real estate — a sector traditionally underserved by focused advisory. The team now includes seven members covering the New England market and is recognized as one of the top-performing industrial groups in the region. Since 2020, Luigi has closed over 2,000,000 square feet of industrial and office transactions totaling more than $140 million in volume.
Luigi launched his career at Marcus & Millichap through the firm’s selective SIP Program, offered to less than 5% of new agents. He holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Philosophy from Boston University, where he was actively involved in the Real Estate Club, connecting early with industry leaders. Outside of work, Luigi is passionate about global cuisine, golf, and auto racing.
