Luke joined Edge Capital Markets in 2023 and is a Senior Associate within the multifamily investment sales team. In this capacity, he leads business development while focusing on individual and portfolio-wide asset dispositions.
Mr. Cashman started working in the industry where he was Director of Sales for a startup that sold performance benchmarking, acquisition, and research software to the multifamily industry. Luke is a Dallas native and a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a major in Business Marketing.
