Mac Watson is a Senior Director with the Northern California Cushman & Wakefield multifamily team and specializes in investment real estate brokerage with a focus in multifamily, mixed-use and land sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the team in 2019, Mac has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 3,000 apartment units representing more than $971 million in transaction volume.
An East Bay native and graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mac uses his tenured local market knowledge and leverages CBRE’s broad platform to implement a sound real estate approach that maximizes value for his clients.
