Mal owns Solution Property Group. In 35 years in the commercial real estate industry he has completed over $1 billion in transactions representing Tenants, Landlords, and as a Principal investing in distressed assets, industrial development, and redevelopment with institutional capital. Previously, Mal was a Vice President with Duke Realty Corporation and NAI/Brannen Goddard dating back to 1989. He spent 5 years at Frito Lay responsible for the Southeastern US in foodservice sales. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business. Significant accomplishments spanning his career in real estate include:
