Manuel founded Pride Commercial Properties in 2019. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in single-tenant and multi-tenant retail acquisitions and dispositions. In his time with Marcus & Millichap, Manuel sold over $350 million in single-tenant and multi-tenant shopping centers and helped make Marcus & Millichap’s Retail Division the largest volume retail broker in the DFW metroplex.
In 2008, Manuel joined Green Earth Realty to head the company’s property management and leasing division. Manuel wanted the opportunity to provide more guidance for his clients beyond the acquisition and disposition process.
Pride Commercial Properties was created in 2019 to provide a “One Stop Shop” that includes a turnkey, full-service approach for client’s commercial property investment needs.
