Marco is part of Cresa’s occupier-focused, industrial team, bringing 20+ years of expertise in industrial distribution, supply chain and process improvement expertise. In his career, Marco has specialized in leasing and selling industrial properties, transacting land acquisitions, and facilitating investment sales. Fluent in Spanish, Marco’s business experience, communication skills, and work ethic make him an asset to his clients and to Cresa.
Prior to Cresa served as a director with Mohr partners in Dallas, and worked with King Industrial Real Estate in Atlanta. Working in industrial distribution, Marco held senior positions at General Electric, Rexel and Wurth, including managing $150 million in strategic accounts and leading a $60 million business.
