Specializing in retail leasing since 1988 in central Texas primarily in the Austin, New Braunfels and San Antonio markets. Ludeke gained retail leasing experience while working in Austin and San Antonio with Simon Property Group, one of the nation’s largest mall owners. She continued developing her skills while working with United Commercial Realty in San Antonio. Her leasing experience spans new construction to second generation retail projects ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 1,500,000 square feet. Property types have ranged from enclosed malls to small neighborhood strip centers. Transactional experience was gained through sales of projects including shopping centers, restaurant buildings, pad sites and other vacant land tracts.
