Marie Zaccagni serves as a Transaction Specialist for CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services group in Detroit, Michigan. Teaming up with Executive Vice President Mark Collins, Senior Vice President Jamie Dingeman, Client Services Specialist Kara Starnes, and Associate Meagan Hill, Marie and her team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations.
Marie provides assistance in managing the real estate portfolios of various global clients, which includes activities associated with the purchase/sale and lease of office, retail, manufacturing, and warehouse properties.
Marie brings previous commercial real estate management experience through her work within the city of Detroit, enabling the team to meet its overall goals and objectives within the region. She is recognized as having a strong organizational and multi-tasking skill set that gives her the ability to work with a variety of clients, customers, and industry resources in developing sales presentations, surveys, proposals and business reports.
