Mark has over 25 years experience as a commercial leasing agent and as an owners leasing representative. As Vice President Leasing for O&Y Enterprise two of Mark's assignments were Scotia Plaza, York Mill Centre. As a Development/Leasing manager Mark secured lead tenants for 2495 Meadowpine Blvd, 2360 Meadowpine Blvd, 2550 Meadowpine Blvd and 2240 Argentia developments, as well as 435 North Service Rd in Oakville and a host of other buildings across Canada. Mark also has experience managing large construction projects such as 280 King Street East, Canada first major LEED office development. Mark is skilled at designing suburban buildings, a LEED Expert and started Zero Carbon Inc., in 2008.
