In 2019, Mark joined Interra Realty after graduating from Indiana University, where he studied management and finance. He was initially brought on as an associate to assist Senior Managing Partner Joe Smazal with market and deal analysis, as well as business growth. Mark is now a Director at Interra and has partnered with Joe to continue expanding their team and market share throughout Chicago.
During his time at Interra, Mark has been involved in the sale of over 110 properties, comprising more than 3,000 units, with a total transaction volume exceeding $620,000,000.
Mark strives to build lasting relationships with his clients, tailoring his approach to their unique needs and goals. He takes pride in guiding clients through transactions with extensive market research and a strong work ethic, both of which he considers an essential part to his professional success.
