Mark Kaplan joined Dimension Development Partners in 2017. As Vice President of Acquisitions, he is responsible for managing the acquisition process in alignment with client needs as well as identifying underutilized assets that provide redevelopment opportunities.
Mark has a diverse background stemming from his several years of experience in various aspects of real estate. His career began with The Trilogy Group in 2013, during which time he engaged in both tenant and landlord representation for a number of national and regional tenants, managing over 800,000 square feet of retail projects throughout Georgia. Later, Mark moved on to manage the expansion strategy for one of Atlanta’s highest volume restaurants, successfully adding $7,000,000 in new store revenue to the company’s portfolio while simultaneously lowering existing operating costs and overhead.
