Mark has been in commercial real estate since 1979, and specializes in the sale of commercial investment properties oriented towards the Private Capital market. Mark has been involved in over 1000 commercial properties in excess of five million square feet, at a total value in excess of $4 billion. His expertise is in positioning the property in the marketplace and knowing which buyers are active and will pay the highest price. He has represented institutional, regional and individual owners.
