Mark Mathews is a Vice President for the Carolinas Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Mark’s responsibilities include sourcing and executing new development opportunities in the Carolinas region.
Prior to joining TCR in 2020, Mark served as a Development Manager for AvalonBay Communities, overseeing the development and construction of new communities in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland metros.
Mark received a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University’s College of Fine Arts and Communications. Mark is a member of the Triangle Community Coalition and serves as a mentor to young people in a local youth organization.
