Mark Schuessler serves as Executive Vice President with Colliers | Western Region Capital Markets. Throughout his brokerage career, Mark has completed more than 150 transactions worth more than $3 billion in total consideration.
Before Colliers, Mark served as Managing Director with Newmark from 2017-2022, where he helped build and lead what became the top-producing private capital group in Los Angeles for office and industrial investment sales.
Prior to brokerage, Mark was a senior member of a specialized dispositions team at CW Capital in Washington, D.C. Mark and his team were responsible for facilitating the sale of more than $3.9 billion of REO properties and non-performing CMBS loans across all major asset classes throughout the U.S.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University.
