Mr. Stroud is a recognized industry leader, with more than thirty years as an expert in commercial real estate development, brokerage, management, valuation and consulting. Prior to re-forming his own firm, Mr. Stroud served in leadership roles in several real estate investment firms. Mr. Stroud served as president of the Edwards Realty Group, a St. Petersburg based investment and development firm; regional principal and member of the investment committee for Marcus Partners, Inc., a Boston based private equity firm; COO of Osprey Management Company, LLC, a Michigan based real estate investment firm; President & CEO of Echelon Real Estate Services, LLC and Vice President of Echelon Development, LLC, a St. Petersburg based NYSE traded real estate development company.
Mr. Stroud graduated from The Florida State University with a BS in Real Estate and holds the MAI and CCIM designations. He is very active in the community, is the board chair for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and also sits on the Johns Hopkins Medicine board of directors.
