Marni brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise spanning industrial, research and development (R&D), office, and retail properties. Her diverse background and adaptability—shaped by a childhood spent frequently relocating as part of a military family—have contributed to a successful career across multiple asset classes.
At Prometheus, Marni oversees the leasing, construction, operations, and engineering functions for the company’s commercial portfolio. Throughout her career, she has completed more than $250 million in leasing transactions and currently manages a portfolio comprising approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space and 300,000 square feet of retail space across Northern California, Portland, and Seattle.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Marni enjoys spending time with Stanley, sharing in the experiences and rewards that come from a career dedicated to creating and managing successful commercial real estate investments.
