Marshall began his commercial real estate career in 1995, working in part as a top performer for some of the largest commercial brokerages in Canada. He has completed more than a billion dollars in transactions, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment retail, office, recreational properties and distress asset sales in British Columbia and Alberta.
