As a Vice President in Transwestern’s Austin office, Marshall’s primary focus is Agency Leasing for office and medical office assets for various institutional, regional and private clients. His responsibilities include project representation, business needs analysis, transaction/lease negotiation, deal coordinating, prospecting and market intelligence. In addition, Marshall is involved in Tenant Advisory services and is engaged in new business development for the company’s Central Texas region.
