Martin Ensbury has been selling commercial real estate since 1980 and is a licensed real estate broker. Martin is President of The Ensbury Group, which is a brokerage team specializing in the sale of apartment buildings, shopping centers, and single tenant NNN deals. The Ensbury Group has sold over $2 Billion of real estate, which includes over 1,000 apartment buildings, consisting of more than 17,500 units, fifty shopping centers, and over one hundred single tenant NNN properties. Many of the shopping centers and single tenant NNN properties are located outside of California. Martin has helped his clients with hundreds of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
