Marvin is an Investment Associate at Prime Net Lease, where he is spearheading the firm's expansion of its local presence in the Coachella Valley. He is actively working the local market with a focus on single- and multi-tenant retail NNN properties as well a Quick Service Restaurants nationwide.
Before joining Prime Net Lease, Marvin worked extensively in commercial real estate appraisal, gaining experience with a wide range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, land, and special-use properties such as churches and schools. His experience includes working with both investment and owner-user scenarios, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of various commercial real estate sectors.
With a solid foundation in property valuation, market trends, and investment strategy, Marvin now applies these skills to helping clients at Prime Net Lease. His expertise in data analysis and market evaluation ensures that clients receive tailored, informed advice for their real estate decisions. Marvin is dedicated to helping clients maximize their investments and offers exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Marvin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate & Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Outside of work, Marvin enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and playing soccer. A native of Southern California and fluent in Spanish, he currently resides in the Coachella Valley.
