Presently Mary is a full time real estate client list in the greater St. Louis Area,
with the mission of providing exceptional services as a Realtor to Buyers, Sellers and Investors.
She has had the opportunity to work with a large number of investors and developers - from building a real estate portfolio of rental properties or finding the right home for a historic renovation in the Central West End - they've covered it all.
For her Sellers she tells "the whole truth" -- it is imperative to have a grounded, realistic view of what the market is "telling us" in order to achieve the best price in the quickest timeframe -- and working through the transaction to ensure they get to the closing table.
For her Buyers -- the first time homebuyer to the million dollar dream home -- the same holds true.
