MaryMichael McCartin is a Vice President within the JLL Dallas Office Tenant Representation Services group. She specializes in helping tenants evaluate their office space needs with services including property assessments, strategic marketing, comparative analysis, and contract negotiations. Given her prior experience representing landlords, MaryMichael has a unique perspective into owners’ motivations, economic incentives, and leasing strategies which helps guide her clients.
Prior to joining JLL in October 2022, MaryMichael was a Leasing Agent with HPI Real Estate Services in Dallas. She began as an Analyst within the group, where she maintained active listings, conducted market research and completed client-related pitches and assignments. After a year, she transitioned to a Brokerage role and assisted with lease negotiations and asset positioning strategies across HPI’s Dallas portfolio.
MaryMichael received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. MaryMichael serves on the Core Committee of TREC Young Guns, on the Core Comittee of NTCAR’s Young Professionals Forum, and on the Emerging Leaders Council at the McCombs Real Estate Center at UT.
