Bio
Mathis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Real Estate Management and Political Science and a minor in Urban Planning and Development. Through his unique course load, he paired topics such as labor markets and business communication with land use and real estate finance.
Mathis is currently a National Real Estate Representative at McDonald’s where he is involved in all aspects of new restaurant development in the Western North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He has previous experience in commercial real estate lending with U.S. Bank.
In his free time, Mathis enjoys playing tennis and golf.
