Matt Epple has been active in commercial real estate in Texas for 20+ years. Prior to Caswell Commercial, he was a partner at Weitzman, one of the largest privately owned owner-operators of retail properties in the country.
Throughout Epple’s career, he has represented multiple best-in-class tenants such as Chase Bank, Wingstop (largest franchisee), Anytime Fitness (largest franchisee), and 7-Brew Coffee (Austin franchisee). He has also represented best-in-class Landlords such as Weitzman, Christopher Investments, HPI, & HEB.
Epple has also been an active many organizations throughout his career including ICSC, RECA, & REFIC.
Matt graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling and playing tennis.
