Matt Huber is a commercial real estate agent with Lorimont Commercial Real Estate specializing in commercial property sales and leasing throughout Cape Girardeau and Southeast Missouri.
Since entering commercial real estate in 2023, Matt has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in a wide variety of transactions involving industrial properties, retail, office space, investment properties, commercial buildings, development land, and site selection opportunities.
Matt works with property owners to effectively position and market their commercial real estate while helping buyers, investors, businesses, and developers identify and evaluate opportunities throughout the region.
His previous 10+ years of experience in utility services, territory management, business development, and economic development provide additional expertise in commercial development, infrastructure, utilities, and business location decisions.
