Matthew is a native of Hollywood, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Florida State University. With more than 20+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate leasing, sales and appraisal, he has been recognized by CoStar multiple times by receiving the Power Broker award. Matt has provided clients with comprehensive advisory services and in-depth market analysis. He specializes in leasing office and warehouse properties with considerable expertise in tenant representation. Matt has specialized skills in dealing with real estate brokerage and development of industrial and warehouse properties within Broward County. This expertise has been recognized by his selection as a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Commercial Realtors of Fort Lauderdale (2003), and President of the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA) in 2004. Mr. Jones also served on the CIREBA Board of Directors from 2002 through 2005. Matt continues to stay active within the Brokerage community by participating in networking functions and charitable activities throughout South Florida.
