Matt Jos joined Blueprint’s Medical Properties team in 2022. He brings significant experience in healthcare real estate and transaction management to the group, including over 5 years spent with Capital One’s Healthcare Real Estate Financing group as Assistant Vice President for Underwriting and Portfolio Management. He utilizes his developed network within the industry and proven expertise to deliver for Blueprint’s clients and the Medical Properties group. Matt graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
