As a director with Newmark, Matt Kiger specializes in tenant and landlord representation for both local and global companies as well as providing consulting and advising services on investment sales. Mr. Kiger’s connections, which cover a wide array of business sectors and industries across the country, have provided him with a high level of expertise for well over a decade. With a client base ranging from logistics, manufacturing and distribution to office, Mr. Kiger relies upon the depth and breadth of his industry knowledge to focus on elements of transactions that will impact his clients’ bottom lines.
Mr. Kiger began his professional real estate career after graduating from Butler University in 2003. He then worked for two years at Century 21 Scheetz, an Indianapolis-based residential firm, where he soon realized his affinity for the industry. During his tenure with the firm, he built a network of clients and completed an impressive amount of transactions. By cultivating relationships, Mr. Kiger was introduced to the commercial field and jumpstarted his career at Newmark Halakar in 2005.
