Matt Renzulli began his career trading commercial real estate in 2021 with Atherton Real Estate Advisors. Matt represents both buyers and sellers, in addition to assisting his investment clients with their leasing requirements.
Matt is a graduate of the University of New Haven and a lifelong resident of Connecticut, giving him in-depth knowledge of local markets throughout the state providing BHGRE Commercial with unique skillsets to service clients and grow the Atherton Teams database.
Matt has both executed and been apart of 112 successful Sales transactions representing sellers, buyers and working with 1031-like exchanges. Additionally Matt has been involved in 75 Lease transactions encompassing both landlord and tenant representation.
Matt has ownership in property in multiple states and plenty of experience with rent rolls, negotiating, creating and executing leases and lease abstracts. Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry Matt spent over 9+ years in Marketing, Public Relations and Promoting, specializing in creating results driven Digital Marketing, Print, Radio and Video Marketing Campaigns with an analytical and ROI approach. Matt is a member of the CCIM Connecticut Chapter and resides in Fairfield, Connecticut.
