Matt joined DTRE in 2025 as part of the Industrial and Logistics Leasing team in the Manchester office covering the North West. Beginning his career as an apprentice in Property Management, Matt then spent 5 years at WT Gunson as a Commercial Surveyor and brings valuable agency experience to focus on advising Landlord and Developer Clients on existing units and development schemes.
