Matthew is a founding partner at Lewis & Partners and deals with all sectors across the UK investment market but with a particular focus towards development opportunities.
Having started his career at Richard Ellis (now CBRE) Matthew qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1990 and joined Steven at Hirshfields in 1992, and then, together, they set up Lewis & Partners in January 1994.
Matthew is focused on strategic investment sales and opportunistic buying on behalf of a wide range of clients including LaSalle, KFIM, Invesco, British Land Plc and Janson Properties, as well as numerous private investors.
Development and funding projects include Hotel, Supermarket, Industrial, Leisure, BTR and Student opportunities at Heathrow, Brighton, Edinburgh, London, Chelmsford, Southampton, Durham, Manchester, Newcastle, Reading and Bristol, amongst others.
