Mr. Klauer has been a real estate professional for more than 20 years, having worked in various roles in the industry including principal investments, direct lending and capital advisory. He has developed an expertise in sourcing and structuring debt and equity for large-scale, multifamily and multi-use projects nationally.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Klauer served as Managing Director at Greystone Capital Advisors, a company at which he was involved in more than $20 billion of capital market activity during his tenure.
