Since starting his industrial real estate career in 2020, Mr. Lee has completed over 600,000 square feet of transactions along with 105 acres of land valued in excess of $50 million.
His primary area of concentration is the Will, DuPage, and I-55 submarkets.
Matthew is committed to providing efficient solutions to his clients and has developed strong working relationships with institutional owners and end users. He offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant/buyer representation, ownership representation, site acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, sale/leasebacks and investment deals.
