Matthew Lunnen advises business executives through critical growth stages. As a tenant representation advisor, he partners with companies to turn real estate into a strategic asset rather than a line item to manage.
Matthew has negotiated more than 150 transactions totaling over three million square feet across US and international markets. He has helped companies graduate from coworking into their first facility, led complex HQ relocations tied to business transformations, and optimized multi-market real estate portfolios through expansions, consolidations, and terminations. His work spans advanced manufacturing facilities, R&D labs, and SCIF spaces.
He began his career as a real estate research analyst in Shanghai covering APAC markets, a foundation that still shapes how he reads markets today. He then spent more than a decade in the Washington, DC area, advising defense technology firms and government contractors. Now in Silicon Valley, his team supports the full lifecycle: site selection, transaction structuring, incentive negotiation, and construction management.
